For Men:

It's best to avoid wearing jeans, shorts, t-shirts, or clothing with offensive or rival team logos.

For Women:

No, there are no age restrictions for VIP experiences at Man City. 

Unfortunately not. You can purchase a VIP ticket for the Home team but you will therefore be sat in the Home end, where you are encouraged to not where away colours and to be respectful of the Home fans around you. 

Hospitality and corporate ticket prices are subject to change throughout the season but are mostly dependent on the opponent. Games against rival teams such as Man Utd & Arsenal inevitably come at a greater price. Choosing a game against bottom half opponents will typically cost you less. For example, at time of writing, Man City vs Crystal Palace is priced £400 cheaper than Man City vs Man Utd, at £599.
