Sergio Ramos remains in fine form in front of goal. The captain is proving to be decisive following the return of the LaLiga action after having found the net five times in his last seven outings. His hit the winners in the team's two latest triumphs, against Getafe (1-0) and Athletic (a 1-0 away win). His goal at San Mamés means that he has now netted 12 times in Real Madrid colours this term, a return that surpasses his 11 strikes from last season and the 10 goals he claimed in the 2016/17 campaign.
In addition to the five goals he has notched, against Éibar, Real Sociedad, Mallorca, Getafe and Athletic, since the competition's return, Ramos was previously on target in the LaLiga meetings with Leganés, Éibar, Alavés, Osasuna and Celta. As well as these 10 strikes, he was also on the mark in the Champions League group-stage encounters against Brugge and Galatasaray.
