Modric’s great run of form

In the final game of the first half of the season it was a goal from Modric that opened the scoring at the Benito Villamarín, as the Whites beat Real Betis. Just a week later, the Croatian scored at the Bernabéu against Sevilla. In terms of his assists, Modric set up Sergio Ramos against Espanyol, combing with Bale to help win the derby 1-3. In these five games he played 435 minutes of a possible 450.
