Lega Serie A Matchweek 23 report: Cristiano Ronaldo overtakes Lukaku in scoring charts as Juventus go third by trashing Crotone (3-0)

Cristiano Ronaldo moved to the top of the scoring charts in Serie A as Juventus beat Crotone 3-0 at the Allianz Stadium on Monday night.

The former Real Madrid forward scored two headers in the minutes before half time as the hosts took a commanding lead into the break.

Weston McKennie added a third goal in the second period to secure three points that saw Juve climb to third in the Serie A table.

Ronaldo is now one goal ahead of Romelu Lukaku in the Serie A scoring charts after netting his 16th and 17th goals of the season against Crotone.
