FIFA Club World Cup semi-final report: Bayern Munich hold off Al Ahly and will meet Tigres in the final (0-2)

Bayern Munich progressed to the final of the FIFA Club World Cup with a 2-0 victory over Al Ahly at the Ahmed bin Ali Stadium in Al Rayyan, Qatar.

The European champions dominated their African counterparts for much of the game, taking the lead through Robert Lewandowski in the 17th minute.

The Polish international was involved in the second goal too, heading in Leroy Sane's cross at the back post with five minutes remaining.

Hansi Flick's side will face Tigres, who knocked out Palmeiras in their semi-final, in the final on Thursday evening in Qatar.
