Mikel Arteta's struggles at Arsenal continued on Tuesday evening as the Gunners fell to a 4-1 hammering against Manchester City in the Carabao Cup quarter final at home.
Runar Alex Runarsson, standing in for Bernd Leno in goal, had a nightmare for the hosts.
Gabriel Jesus scored early before Alexandre Lacazette headed home an equaliser for Arteta's side, but things went badly wrong after half time.
Riyad Mahrez curled a freekick right at Runarsson, who let the ball squirm through his hands and into the top corner on what looked to be a routine stop.
Phil Foden and Aymeric Laporte capped off the scoring, seeing Pep Guardiola's side comfortably into the final four.
