Cornella, having knocked out Atletico Madrid last time out, will target another giant killing against Barcelona, while Real Madrid face a trip to take on Alcoyano, meaning Spain's two biggest clubs both face Segunda B opposition.
The ties will all be one-legged, and played on January 16 and 17.
